The sun finally popped out for a bit late this afternoon, so i put the
K10D on the tripod and tested out some Custom WB's.

I could not get a WB at "normal shutters" so i tried longer exposures.

Got a decent WB at 10"-13" F4 iso 320, r72 on, shooting sunny green grass.
Test shots show a yellowish tint as oppossed to the magenta tint, i
normally got. This one looks better to use for that false colour look.
I stmbled upon the photo filters by accident when i pushed the Fn
button when i should not have,:-)

I didi not save any settings in B&W or sepia etc, but looks interesting.

Taking the r72 filter off, and shooting the grass, gives a very strong
magenta tinge to the photo.

Setting K7100, makes it even harsher.

Setting K2100 or so, gives a softer magenta tint, more like the custom
WB i have from the istD.

Again nothing special or scientific, just thought these might help
someone trying to set up some WB settings.Sometimes i can give back.:-)

Dave

BTW i might keep my istD and use it for IR anyway.
