Mat,
I don't have a spare, but if you want I'll bring mine to GFM along
with a few tools and we can have a holgafication workshop.  That way
everyone can try it out and decide if they want to drop twenty bucks
to get one of their own.  Just don't tell my mother-in-law.  She gave
me the Holga for Christmas last year.  :-S

Mark,
The photos are great.  It's amazing that even on an APS sensor the
light fall off is still noticeable.  What size hole did you drill in
the body cap?
