My K10D takes a long time (10-20 seconds) to come up with preview image and saving to SD card after taking a long exposure (all above 15 seconds). Camera was in hyper manual mode and I was guessing the exposure times. Is this normal or is there some user error involved (ie I don't know what I is doing). I noticed this while taking pics of a comet (yes finally saw it). pics were taken with the original firmware. Haven't tried the updated firmware yet.
