Here's a chart showing all the info for 67 lenses:

The minimum focus is 8 meters. Reviews on photo.net indicate that it's a
plenty sharp lens but in order to get that sharpness, two tripods are
required. Telephoto seems to be the real weakness of the Pentax 6X7 system.
In order to results worthy of such a large negative, obscenely expensive
lenses must be used. The only really good option is the 300/4 ED IF and even
with the best discounts, it costs $1700.
