Jack I'm seriously lost :-). What exactly is the problem your having? It sounds like you've managed to download the .exe file from the Pentax Website. And Bill has sent you the extracted .bin file needed for the firmware update.
Is it just a matter of you not being able to find the SD card on your computer? Are you using a card reader, or are you using the camera connected to the computer via the USB cable. We want to help, but you have to give us a clear idea of what the problem is.
