Dektol 1:2 for about 2 minutes in an open tray seems to work well. I 
wouldn't skip the stop though.

Try putting a little borax into the developer. 5Mule team is as good as any. 
I'm not sure how much or what it's going to do to the developer time. I't 
start with a tablespoon of borax in a pint of developer and go from there.
