Nice stuff, Paul. I lived just a stone's throw from there back in the 
early 80's - those few blocks of the old Woodward are truly a charming 
place. I had an apartment on the new Woodward, between 15 and 16 mile - 
just a 15 minute walk to the north end of old Woodward.

It looks like it's gotten even more upscale since I was there. (No doubt 
my departure helped in the department :-)
