You know a few words would go a long way towards letting folks know if they wanted to read an article about an expensive piano falling off a truck.
Going by the news article: I would think that the mover would be responsible for replacing the thing. Although, IMNSHO, anyone who would have a $75000 (my wild guess at the exchange rate) piano moved in an open truck deserves to lose it. Probably were not willing to pay what it cost to have experts move it.
