I don't know what those lenses bring on the market right now, but I'd say don't repair it, state the condition honestly, and take what comes. If you have a minimum price you won't let it go for less than, put a reserve on it.
There's little point to putting $300 into a camera you want to sell and *might* get $300 for. You'll likely get more money selling everything piecemeal too.
