I have scanned quite a few slides. The results are pretty good. Contrast is always an issue. I still find better overall scans from negatives. It seems easier to add contrast in software than to remove contrast. If you would like me to scan a couple of slides and send them to you let me know. Hamrick doesn't need many film types for slides because they are all positives with no orange mask.
