For those of you in NYC or planning on being there before 5 September, there is an exhibit of these photos at the Museum of the City of New York at 1220 Fifth Avenue. http://www.mcny.org/exhibitions/current/626.html
On Monday I went with my sister because she wanted to see the exhibit about Robert Moses and the Modern City (fascinating exhibit by the way). As we walked upstairs at the end of one of the wings was an enlargement of the photo of the workers on the bridge. Very impressive. The collection is not large and there is some interesting commentary on some of the photos. They also talk of the process of developing the negatives and even have a negative on display. There is also a shot of the studio where the developing took place. Just thought some might be interested. I enjoyed it as did my sister.
