Those are some nice pictures. I have a real fondness of the area around Lake Tekapo and Mt. Cook. We used to stay in a cabin at the motor camp. Once we got to stay in the manager's house for the same price because it was empty and they had to keep the hot water cylinder going to prevent it from freezing solid. Every time we went there the camp seemed to have been sold to new owners, and the prices kept going up. Still pretty reasonable for a place that's about a 1 minute walk from the lake shore though. My father-in-law works for the air force so we've also had a couple of long weekends in a house nearby that's owned by the armed forces. It's a bit of a lottery to get a booking though :) I must get myself up to the North Island for a decent trip sometime. Wellington is the only place I've stayed. Next time you're down here we'll have to meet up... - Dave -- PDML Pentax-Discuss Mail List PDML@pdml.net http://pdml.net/mailman/listinfo/pdml_pdml.net
