A building contractor in Ontario was showing a new home to a young couple. As they entered the spacious living room, the contractor raised one of the windows and yelled, "Green side up!" The couple thought this a bit strange, but said nothing. As they entered the well equipped kitchen, the contractor again raised a window and yelled, "Green side up!" The couple thought this must just be come kind of contractor business jargon. Soon they entered the comfy bedroom, and again the contractor went to the window and yelled, "Green side up!" Curiosity had now gotten the best of the young couple, so the young man asked the contractor, "Why did you yell, 'Green side up!', every time we entered a room? The contractor replied, "I hired a couple of newfies to put in your new lawn."
