I fell to the side rather than over the bar. Apparently it is a Barton
fracture, which is characterised by the amount of dislocation involved
- my hand was offset from its normal line by over an inch.

I think I can get some type of card from the NHS which tells airport
staff about the implant. Will enquire on Monday.
