Unfortunately, no. There have been several notorious incidents in the past few years where officers fired all of the rounds in their service automatics - reloaded and continued to fire. http://www.msnbc.msn.com/id/15918902/ "One 12-year veteran fired his weapon 31 times, emptying two full magazines, Kelly said."
