In melbourne there is a number of good labs. Vanbar in Carlton Bonds in South Yarra Photo Q in Kew Lab X in South Yarra
Vanabar in Carlton is walking distance from the CBD. Also there are a number of camera shows in the city and Camera House and Michaels camera store both have Fuji Frontier machines. Although Vanbar in carlton had theres setup better. Not sure of the address's of these places, but there in the phone book. I thought you were joking about the where is outback :) The outback is virtually everything in the centre of Australia, where it is all red desert. So if kind of chop of the edges of the country, this is a bit of generalisation though :) Hope that helps.
