A friend of mine broke his wrist a while ago (I don't remember if it was this year or last). He now wears a wrist guard while riding, but I think his wife had more to do with that ;) I've bought myself some knee/shin guards for when I'm doing either trials or downhill riding, and I do intend to get some more body armour in time for summer. I already have one nice scar on my left knee, and my right shin has a few faint scars from being whacked by a pedal. Now I'm using flat pedals with traction pins and I've seen what those can do to legs, hence the shin guards. I might also have a look at wrist guards. I already have some 661 gloves which have saved my hands on multiple occasions. My test-ride today was fantastic... utterly amazing bike.. It might be on my shopping list after I've paid for the overseas trip :( - Dave -- PDML Pentax-Discuss Mail List PDML@pdml.net http://pdml.net/mailman/listinfo/pdml_pdml.net
