Actually I was going to have it update as you entered numbers in the focal length box, but it required a bit more exception coding than I was willing to engage in. I've already found a bug so a new version will be forthcoming, eventually.
From my research there's no simple formula for fisheye lenses, though there may be a work around, I just haven't found one yet.
