Took 4 seconds on my 75mhz, 24MB of ram HP, Windows 95 running HP. My computer, 450mhz, 128mb, Windows 95 took about 1 second. For general Windows browsing stuff it's my experience that my HP will smoke any computer running ME, 2000, or XP.
