No. I mean that Pentax would do better, in my opinion, to have staff  
on board to jury the incoming submissions.

Not necessarily. Certain people might require an honorarium, yes.

The PPG is an effort founded by Pentax USA Marketing. Their personnel  
are paid to do these things.
