That's one of the newer 'Takumar(Bayonet)' lenses. IMHO it's quite sharp but 
flares easily. Had my mitts on one for a couple weeks (loaner from a friend 
with GAS) and was favourably impressed. Will probably look for an M42 Super or 
SMC Tak version instead though.
