I received my ebay Alden 74 bulk loader today and discovered that the back lip of the lid was broken, thus compromising light sealing. I called the manufacturer, Queen City Plastics, in Cincinnati, OH, to see about getting a replacement lid. There were no questions asked and I was told that a replacement would be in the mail tomorrow. Also, no mention of cost, if any.
