I've been looking for online printing services and the only one that is at least reasonable (and not slightly scary - anyone want a silk covered book printed in China?) seems to be Lulu. 50page softback ~$16, hardback ~$20. Both about 8.25 x 11" and with an unkown postage cost and assuming a run of 50.
