Nice shot. Interesting effect.

Here in Michigan US, we've had a rather cold and very snowy winter. We could 
use a bit of warming. 

Seriously, while climate change is a reality, the difference thus far is 
negligible. What you're seeing is probably just a normal cycle. For as long as 
I can remember, which, unfortunately, is quite a long time. We've had warm 
winters and cold winters, wet summers and dry summers. Climate is always 
variable. Climate change, on the other hand, is constant but slow. Yes, it's 
been accelerated as a result of human activities but yearly changes worldwide 
are still measured in fractions of a degree.
