There's an old train depot in Ferguson, MO.  It was boarded up when we 
moved there in '98, and there was talk of demolishing it.  Within a 
couple years it had been completely renovated.  It's now an ice cream 
parlor and railroad museum.  If you ever make it down that way I highly 
recommend the Cannonball in a chocolate waffle bowl.
