Pentax wants a safety net whereby they can pick up on altered comments. As a precaution against profanities, obscenities or whatever.
As Paul, P.J. and David says, it's therefore back in the review process. However, and that's been changed some time just before Christmas, IIRC, your photo is not up for votes again. Only for Pentax approval.
