I went to a dinner at a very nice, and rather expensive, German Restaurant. It used to actually import wait staff from Germany, but that's become too expensive recently so most of the current staff are from further East, but all speak, (AFAICT), fluent German. Except this guy, he's a local, but he knows every German Drinking song I was comfortable requesting.
