Hi. OK, I was sure I had set up Apple Mail to only send plaintext messages, but as it turns out, I had not. So maybe this is going to work now. I'll give it a try.
I've been experimenting a little with available light pictures at night without a tripod. Mainly because I don't have a tripod and because I know that if I did I'd never bring it anywhere. I got the best results kneeling, leaning against something solid, pressing the arms tight against my body, breathing out and then holding my breath - like shooting a rifle. This is the best I managed to come up with (K200D with 40mm Ltd., handheld at 1 second, f/2.8, ISO 400, slightly tweaked in LR). http://tinyurl.com/2hz8hy http://www.ntony.net/engine/image/medium/b28300c6d7a85f39ed7e5d6672657040.jpg You can see a larger version by substituting "large" for "medium" in the url. Comments, suggestions and tips on how to improve this are very welcome. Oh, by the way, this is the harbour in Hoorn at night, picture taken from our ship, about four weeks ago. It was snowing at the time. Hoorn is a small town in North Holland where the first sailor to sail around Cape Hoorn and actually survive came from, so Cape Hoorn is named after this beautiful little town.
