Are you calibrating your monitor?
What calibration unit are you using?
What settings are you using?

I use an Eye One Display 2 and set up the monitor to 130 Luminance,  
1.8 gamma, 5500K white point. Screen to print fidelity through a  
managed color print work flow is nearly perfect.

What is "PGPP"?
