I just received a lens I purchased on Astromart, which caters to amateur astronomers. It is Sigma 600mm f/8 Mirror lens. The seller was upfront that the edge of the mirror coating was deteorating, but my initial test shots indicate that it has some good potential. I shot across the asphalt street here in HOT FL and the images were very acceptable. Focus it TRICKY to say the least. Just wondering if any others out there have any experiences with this lens, good or bad.
