In addition, be sure your contact information is included in the meta data of all your image files - name, address, phone number, web site, e-mail address, copyright notice, etc. and be sure it's not stripped from the file when you re-size for the web. Then illicit users can't say they couldn't find you to get permission to use the image(s). You can batch update the meta data using BreezeBrowser.
