That's a really good picture - if it was in a Magnum photographer's portfolio it wouldn't look out of place. I would prefer the guy's head not to be blurred though, and find that rather distracting. I'm not a great advocate of cropping, but if you cropped to the right of the blurry guy, in between a woman and a man standing under 2 things in the wall, you will have an equally strong photo without the distraction.
The ceiling must be very dusty if she needs 2 feathers to clean it.
