Hi All, Finally got my new monitor (woo-hoo!) and revisited the December PUG.
My favs in this months gallery: Bruce Dayton's "Amazing Grace"- wonderful photo - love the strong patterns and colors, the balance, point of focus. Best photo in this month's gallery (for me). Two thumbs up. Gianfranco Irlanda's "The Party is Over" - very expressive. Even though the faces are not visible, the posture, the gesture of the hands, the decoration of the stage characterize and communicate the time, place and action so well Stan Halpin's "Yellow Flower - Yellow Bug" - my kind of subject (flower) and my kind of subject (a bug) - just done better than I usually manage it :-) William Robb's "Berries" - love the intense color combo of the foreground against the softer (but still vivid) blends of color and shape in the background Cotty's "Stefan Asleep, 2001" - moves me, as a father, very much D. Glenn Arthur Jr.'s "kind of Busy" - amazes me by its "will to live" - a strong image flayed to the bone, but still standing. Jon Hope's "Byford Trials" - lovely image Congrats to you guys and all the other PUGsters who contributed to this months gallery.
