I can usually figure out how to open my camera bag, mount a lens in the field, and if I try really hard, I can even extend my tripod legs and level a tripod without thinking about it, but I don't remember every operational nuance of my camera. That pretty much covers what equipment I carry with me, and I usually have my owners manual tucked in a pocket of my gadget bag. Do you think I should put a cheat sheet for how to work a zipper in there too? Of course, that would negate being able to close that pocket, I suppose.
