Yes, well, that's quite humourous, Mark, but it's clearly a PS effort: the letters you added appear in focus and aren't over-sharpened like the rest of the photo... ;-) In fact, that sign was on a vet clinic which is right next door to large appliance place that sells (you guessed it) lawnmowers, which are displayed (cable-locked together) in their parking lot.
