If you go to http://www.hoya.co.jp, Pentax is listed as a subsidiary but not Tokina. Searching the site for "Tokina" gets zero hits.
Wikipedia and a few other sites indicate that Hoya supplies glass to Tokina, but that Tokina is an independent company.
