All the parts visible in my photopgraphs are. Closed in the late 90's after a long and bitter fight between the workforce and the owners. The blast furnace plant is now being torn down and the steel mill is cold but there still is an active rolling mill behind it that has been taken over by the Italian Duferco group and where they are processing slabs from Duferco's other plant at Charleroi.
