Godfrey, from outside of US of A, your sentiment appears more towards
the overreacting end of the spectrum.
Although, I should say that last two weeks were especially bloody on
Israeli roads, at least half-dozen hit-and-run-away accidents all
endings in death or severe injury of the victim.
