I should have got this in earlier.
Australia has a land mass equal to the main land United States and a
population equal to that of Texas.
As a "Yank" in Australia, I have traveled through work to most of the
major cities and a lot of "bush" communities both in New South Wales and
Queensland.
It didn't take me the 5 years that I have been here to realise the
Australia is a First Class First World Country. Sydney's presentation during
the Olympics is a good example.
