Christine,
Not to worry.  After 2 weeks down there on vacation, we got really
tired of 'piled-up' food.
Everything was served with presentation in mind and much of it was
build into towers.
Meat, potatoes, sauce, salad, and a topping.
We were real glad to get back to simple foods, simple presentations.
