I believe they're called Power Jumpers by young people. People of my age call them bouncy leg things. They're probably very useful if you ever fall out of a
helicopter.


They are very useful gadgets if you can learn to master them prior to losing all your front teeth. smashing your nose, and pulling major leg muscles in the process.

One mastered, you can in fact run like hell if you anger a mob or piss off a dog (or bear). And you can do endless front and back flips high in the air, which may get you a job with Cirque du Soleil, or Barnum's of you're not very good at it.
