DOF CHANGES are relative and DO NOT depend on a 
circle of confusion number, this thread started
out talking about DOF changes.

1. If you lower the in-camera magnification or
increase the fstop number, DOF gets "deeper" or MORE DOF.

2. If you increase the in-camera magnification or
decrease the fstop number, DOF gets shallower" or LESS DOF.

Changing format, print size, focal lenght, etc, HAVE
ZERO EFFECT on DOF. It doesnt matter what circle of
confusion you use to define "in focus", only factors
that change the DOF are in camera magnification and fstop.

Welcome to the PDML. JCO has a high circle of confusion value, and often
talks a lot of CoC.
