Bob - there may be a great hassle for those receiving international
shipments (though I have never had that problem) but it is not that much
extra work to send international. A bit more expensive, a few minutes extra
to fill out one of 5 different forms depending on package weight, value,
destination, time of day, and phase of the moon. But if anything I would
expect a seller to offer a 5% discount in order to compensate for the hassle
the buyer will experience and to encourage bidders from outside the U.S.,
thereby broadening the pool of buyers and probably achieving a higher price
overall.
