Bong, Ann, Anthony -  The difference is caused by a parallex
difference between here and Australia. Because the Moon is much closer
than the planets, there is a perspective difference between the two
view points. It's like holding out a finger in front of you at arms
length. Look at it while blinking one eye then the other. The finger
moves in relation to the background.
David's shot looked like two eyes over a smile.  Here the scene was
more like two eyes over a frown, sorta laying on the side. That was
mostly caused by the moon's movement in the twelve hours difference in
where it was when David shot vs later when I shot. But the perspective
difference caused the moon to be below the two planets so it was a
smiley face. Here in FL the moon was above so it was a frown face.  I
guess the gods are smiling on Australia afterall!!!
