Just above the small wheel at the back there is a little stub sticking out of the frame tube. That's your help. You scoot along side, foot on the peg, then vault into the saddle. Get it right or suffer the consequences.... For stopping, slow down enough that you can scoot down the frame tube and put your foot on the peg before dropping off and coming to a halt.
