My, my. Someone forgot to take their meds. Have you been hanging out with Bob?

Pentax Imaging (aka division of Pentax USA), - I hate you, moronic SPAMMERS!

As many other pdml-ers, I created a login on Pentax Gallery website
a year (or two?) ago. In a while after that, I started receiving e- mails from Pentax. These messages were sent to the address I used in my Pentax
Gallery profile. In the beginning, they were related to the Gallery.
Then, some of the messages were informational messages, containing
some news about Pentax and its new website.

The most recent message is a clean cut advertisement, - with
prices of K20D and Optio W60.
And they shamelessly wrote in the footer of the message:

PENTAX LIST:
You have received this e-mail because you requested more
information from PENTAX. If you no longer want to receive these
e-mails, please unsubscribe here: ...

NO! Pentax, I did not request ANY information from Pentax.

I wonder if I should send a bunch of "useful" information to any
of the Pentax executives on a regular basis. I guess the fact that
I bought their equipment gives me the right to serve them with SPAM.

Igor

PS. In my work I buy considerable amount of equipment, parts, supplies.
At the last conference exhibit, while giving my contact information to
the vendors, I told them that if they put my address on their mailing
list I will stop buying from them. I'll see if that will have any
effect.
