Brings back memories of my first SLR. I started out with a Zenit-E. Then moved 'up' to a Praktica MTL3 (well, _I_ thought it was up !) and then really moved up onto an MX. That MX became my sole and most faithful companion for the next 18 years. He's now in semi-retirement, making only the odd appearance when the going's tough and a lesser camera couldn't take the battering.
