Re video production: think it could be a bit shorter, think the name James French dot com was repeated a few too many times in script (how many? just a bit too many -- I got annoyed enough hearing it over and over that I ended up not wanting to listen to the end -- if it hadn't been you I wouldn't have --- 6 times would be enough, more than 8 or 10 is too much), and he looks really uncomfortable on screen in person. :-) Other than that, not bad.
