Just wondering if anyone has experience with a scanner i'm thinking about getting for a Christmas gift to me. Its the Epson 1250,(i think,flyer is missing)and claims 1200 x 2400 dpi,48 bit colour,USB etc with the much talked about/trashed and hated transparancy adaptor. Is the dpi going to be that much better than tyhe 600x1200's out there(i assume it will)but more intereted in personal experiences rather than store written testimonials.
