Id say $350 is a little too high, these never peaked at much more than $250-$300 on ebay and prices are still kinda weak now.
BUT, if you keep an eye on new lens prices, they are getting way up there, so $350 may not be too high. The lens is excellent from what I recall but not as good or compact as the M* and A* versions that followed but those are selling at $500-$600.
